The romance of buying a home in Dominican Republic can be overshadowed by the notorious Dominican bureaucracy and the complexities of coordinating long-distance renovation projects. LRV also offers a range of Property Consulting and Project or property Management services. From our base in Cabrera, LRV identifies properties for him self or clients and then restores them. So far LRV has concentrated on Dominican properties in Cabrera.

By coordinating Planning, Interior Design, Project Management and Landscape Design, LRV relieves his clients from having to oversee and coordinate their projects. They are, however, still able to contribute to the overall process and to be involved in all of the key decisions. LRV’s goal is for his clients to have total confidence in the final result; he assumes full responsibility for ensuring time schedules are strictly adhered to and that the work is carried out to the client's satisfaction.
